Order with 'Rattan Lounger' is really easy as you can read below.

STEP 1:
Send us back our application form or an email to contact@rattanlounger.com with your inquiry and all your personal information (name, adress, fax).
 
STEP 2:
You will receive a proforma invoice with all information you will need to proceed to the first 40% deposit requested to launch the production or Letter of Credit (L/C), Irrevocable L/C at sight 100%
 
STEP 3:
Production time : Two month.
 
STEP 4:
Quality Control & Packaging. 
 
STEP 5:
Shipment.

Conditions To Order
Minimum order : Initially samples can be sent, by sharing a container or alternatively by air freight.
The minimum order has to be container sales only.

Terms : F.O.B.

Payment infos
All payments to be made in US dollars/EURO Dollar/Pound Sterling. We give the following options for payment : Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), down payment 40%, the balance after shipment, when the Bill of Lading is faxed. Letter of Credit (L/C), Irrevocable L/C at sight 100%. Our bank : BANK CENTRAL ASIA (JAKARTA BRANCH). Please inform us, before and after sending any payment to our bank.

We accept payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank

Compliance ?
If that happen, we must get the proved about that compliance like: photo (3 photo for one furniture, that is from the front, side and back also photo the legs if that chair). We know whether that broken because the raw material is not good or your employment negligence when he takes it from the containers.
